Booking Terms & Conditions.

The photographer retains the copyright to all images taken during the session, including the right to reproduce, modify, and distribute the images for promotional or commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
The Client is granted usage of the photographs for personal and promotional use only which includes printing, sharing on social media, and displaying in personal spaces. Commercial use of images requires prior written consent and may incur additional fees. Contact me directly for any written consent.

A non-refundable deposit of $75 of the total session fee is required at the time of booking to secure the session date and time.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the photo shoot session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Balance can be paid in cash or via invoice sent to the client.
Payments can be made as you select your booking.

The client may reschedule the session once, at no additional charge, provided that notice is given at least 3 days prior to the original session date.
If the client cancels the session, the deposit is forfeited unless cancellation occurs at least 3 days before the session date, in which case the deposit may be applied to a rescheduled session.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, inclement weather), the photographer may offer to reschedule the session at no additional cost or provide a refund of the deposit.

The photographer will deliver edited images within 12 days after the session date, unless otherwise specified for a rush delivery fee will be invoiced.
Photos will be delivered via Pixieset

The photographer is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the session, including but not limited to accidents or loss of personal property.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the photographer against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from the client's use of the images.

By booking a session, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. Any amendments or additional agreements must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
